What to expect

    • IMPORTANT – We will ONLY capture the poses selected during the ordering process, therefore, please place your order before your time slot.
    • The available poses are on the online order form.
    • To speed up the photo day process, please let us know which pose(s) you selected when your athlete is being captured.
    • If you are not purchasing a package, PLEASE let us know, we will capture 1 photo for the team photo
    • We will not have computers available during photo day. A -QR Code- will be available to scan with your phone to order.
    • Cash/Check/Venmo/Cashap/Zelle/Credit Card payments will be available during photo day if needed.
    • All athletes, arrive 10 minutes prior to your photo time to keep the line moving
    • We offer 3 options for each package: digital, printed, and combination of both (details on the registration page).
      • Custom Digital Copies will be uploaded to a private gallery for you to download. 
      • Custom Printed Copies will be mailed with tracking.
