WHAT TO EXPECT

*** We will ONLY Capture athletes with orders ***

  • Our photo day process is fast paced to accommodate everyone. 
  • We will capture only the photo(s) you selected during your ordering process.
  • To expedite orders and ensure accuracy of spellings, we automate a portion of our editing process, therefore, all orders must be completed online by photo day. PLEASE make sure your athletes name is spelled correctly on the order form.
  • We offer 3 options for each package, digital, printed and combination of digital/printed (details on the registration page).
    • Custom Digital Copies will be uploaded to a private team gallery for you to download. 
    • Custom Printed Copies will be mailed with tracking as soon as your order is complete. 
  • We also offer custom blankets, beach towels, sports balls, metal/canvas prints.  Our photo trailer will have samples of our work and products.
*** IMPORTANT*** – PLEASE bring or let us know the poses you have selected for your package. This will speed up the process of capturing only the photos needed to complete your order.
