We do not capture every game for every player registered. The resources we would need to capture every game would be cost prohibitive.

We only photograph those players that have registered for action photos.  This allows us to get more and better photos for families wanting high quality action photography.  With 6+ players registered on your team, we will guarantee one full game coverage.  This allows us to focus on your game and not run around between fields.

Typically we require a min of 6 players per team to capture your athlete. This allows us to capture the majority of your game and avoid having our photographers run around from field to field.  

In the event your team has less than 6 players, if possible, we will pair you up with another team who may have 6+ registered. 

If we can not pair you up with another team, your time slot will be shared with another game with similar registrations.  Our photographers will bounce between the two game capturing as many photos as possible.

The amount of photos depends on the sport, athletes playing time, position, and the action provided during the game. For example, if the 3B and SS have 10 balls hit to them, they will have more photos than the athlete at 2B who only had 2 balls hit to him. If your team has 6+ players registered, we strive to capture every at bat for the game we are capturing.
We average 500+ photo for a team with 10 registered athletes.

A typical digital action photo in the market is $10-$15 per photo.
With our system, you will receive $300+ of photos for a low price.

We create our schedule to photograph games based on the registrations. We look at all the teams/schedules and create a master schedule to accomadate everyone.

Our system is based on the quantity of quality photos and not the # of games. Once we captured your game, we review to ensure we have captured your athlete above your expectations.  With this, we will not be available each day, as we look to capture everyone in the first 1-2 days. We may not be present during Championship Sunday.

We strive to deliver your products within 48-72 hours. This time frame depends on how many athletes register, how many photos we capture.  We are just as excited as you are to see what we captured, so most of the time we are up until early morning hours editing to get your photos over to you.
