What to expect
IMPORTANT – Please make purchases online prior to photo day. Due to the nature of our digital process & online viewing, we will only capture individual photos for those who have paid.
- ONLY ATHLETES WITH PAID ORDERS WILL BE CAPTURED FOR INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS.
- All athletes, arrive 10 minutes prior to your photo time
- Team photos will be captured at the beginning of your photo time slot.
- We will capture 4-5 photos of each paid athlete
- To expedite orders and ensure accuracy of spellings, we automate a portion of our editing process, therefore, all orders must be completed online prior to photo day. We no longer offer paper ordering forms.
- All photos will be uploaded online to the leagues private gallery. Access will only be for those who made purchases prior to photo day.
- Gallery access will be sent to the email when registered.
- We offer 3 options for each package: digital, printed, and combination of both (details on the registration page).
- Custom Digital Copies will be uploaded to a private gallery for you to download.
- Custom Printed Copies will be mailed as soon as your order is complete. You will not have to wait for the league to be complete to receive your order.
