What to expect

Our photo day process is fast paced to accommodate everyone.
Please arrive prior to your photo time and ‘Check In’ at our photo trailer after you place your order online.
We do not have paper forms, all ordering is online prior to having your photo captured.
We utilize our advanced process to create team photos from individual photos.
To expedite orders and ensure accuracy of spellings, we automate a portion of our editing process, therefore, all orders MUST BE completed online before your time slot.
We offer 3 options for each package, digital, printed and combination of digital/printed (details on the registration page).
- Custom Digital Copies will be uploaded to a private league gallery for you to download, notification will be send via email/text.
- Custom Printed Copies will be mailed as soon as your order is complete with a tracking # sent to the email/number on your order.

If you are not purchasing photos, please check in and let us know so we can capture your athlete for the team photo. Simply let the staff at check in know you are here for the team photo only.
