What to expect
IMPORTANT – Please make purchases online before photo day or by photo day time slot.
*** NEW: The selection process has moved to the order forms to decrease delivery time. ***
- All photos will be taken inside of our photo trailer. We will be parked near the entrance at each park.
- For the teams that have a photo time slot before your game time, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your photo time to keep the flow of photo day
- Some teams are scheduled after your game time, please stop by after your game.
- Our photo day process is fast paced to accomodate everyone.
- We will take a photo of your athlete with his arms crossed to create the team photo.
- We will capture only the photo(s) you selected during your ordering process.
- To expedite orders and ensure accuracy of spellings, we automate a portion of our editing process, therefore, all orders must be completed online by photo day.
- We offer 3 options for each package, digital, printed and combination of digital/printed (details on the registration page).
- Custom Digital Copies will be uploaded to a private league gallery for you to download.
- Custom Printed Copies will be mailed as soon as your order is complete.
*** IMPORTANT*** – PLEASE bring or let us know the poses you have selected for your package. This will speed up the process of capturing only the photos needed to complete your order.
IF You are not purchasing photos, please let us know so we can capture your athlete for the team photo. Simply let the photographer know you are here for the team photo only.
